问题 I Hope you Speak English ~ Page Break problem

I have a video website.
I use pagebreak to show different mirrors of the same video (in case one is broken).

Here is what it looks like on my site when I do this.

As you can see, it creates an "Article Index" that lists the page titles of the main page, + the next page.
When I made the pagebreak, it asks what I want to name the page title, I call it Megavideo Mirror. On the article index, this shows up, that is good.
But, above that, where you see the original page, the title is the same as the page title of the page (hope that made sense). I want to re-name that to "MAIN MIRROR".  I don't want to change the title of my article to do this, this would mess up my SEO. I just want the Article Index to call the first (original) page to MAIN MIRROR.

Now, 2nd thing I want to change. As you can see in screenshot, there is a little >> at the bottom of the content, which links you to next page. I want to remove that and replace it with the Article Index. Meaning, I want to move the article index from above the content, to below it.

3rd thing. I want to remove the text "Article Index" and also remove the "ALL PAGES" link

4th thing. I want to have the pages listed side by side, with a | in between.

Here is what I want, in a picture.

I have one other problem, and this may be in your field of knowledge.

As you know, when you click a Category, a page loads with all of the articles are listed under it. Depending on what you have set in the Global Config, it may show only 50 articles and then have
<< Start <  1 2 3  > End >>
at the bottom.

I have a menu that is set to Section Layout. All of my category are listed on the page. I have many many category, and the page takes very long to load. I want to add the
<< Start <  1 2  > End >>

to the bottom of it too.

Would you know of any hack I can do to make this happen ?

Locate to your menu items edition page, there are section blog-style layout or category blog-style layout where you can set  multi-pages in the Advanced Parameters area.
