问题 Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded 问题

我使用的XAMPP是xampp-win32-v1.7.3-joomlagate，在安装com_viretueMart（15.4M）这个组件时出现了Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in这个提示，我根据网上提供的解决方案增加了PHP。INI中的mod_execution_time=300,根据白老师提出的增加XAMPP的系统资源达600M，还是出现这个问题，后来我又用.htaccess设置了它的时间长度，依然没有解决这个问题，请教各位，除了以上方法外还有没有其他的解决方案？谢谢!
