问题 joomsef与joomlart 模版的自带压缩功能冲突

大家好，经测试，joomart模版后台开启css和js压缩后，因为安装了joomsef了，前台的预览就是乱了，就是没有加载css的感觉。

关闭joomlart模板的合并并压缩js功能应该就可以了
joomlart的合并并压缩javascript功能会导致jdownload等组件前台无法工作

那个合并压缩功能对我来说很好，我想提速。在joomlart官方 wiki有下面一段话关于开启css js 压缩,大家分析下：
