我将下载得到的"Joomla! 1.7.3 独立简体中文语言包" zip 格式压缩包在 PC 上解压，然后将全部三个目录放在本地XAMPP中已经安装好的QUICKSTART网站（版本为JOOMLA 1.7.3）英文版根目录，覆盖成功后刷新网站前台及后台页面还是没有生效，依然是英文界面。不知为何，请高手赐教，谢谢!
